2. Processing Activities
2.1. Website visits
When you visit our website, we use cookies to ensure the site functions, which you can read more about in our cookie policy link.
2.2. Communication with Potential Customers
When you have questions about our website, or wish to know more about our services, you can contact us through:

Through this, we will process your personal data to engage in a dialogue with you, e.g., to answer questions about our services. We only process the information you provide us during our communication.
We typically process the following common information: name, email, phone number, address.
Our basis for processing these personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
We delete our communication with you when it becomes clear whether you are interested in our services or not.
Should there be a particular need to store your personal data for a longer duration, this might be the case.
2.3. Customer
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure the service is delivered correctly. Here, we may process information such as name, address, services, special agreements, payment information, and similar.
Our basis for processing these personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
When the service is delivered and any outstanding issues settled, we will delete the personal data shortly thereafter.
2.4. Newsletter
We have a newsletter that you can voluntarily subscribe to – and you can always unsubscribe from it.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send emails with new information from the company to those subscribed, which can include new website content, announcements of our services.
We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to this. Firstly, you need to provide your email address, to which we will subsequently send an email, allowing you to confirm your subscription. This way, we ensure you have actively subscribed to the newsletter, i.e., given active consent.
Our basis for processing your personal data (i.e., the email address) in connection with the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
We will process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, we cease sending it to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter in 1 year, your consent lapses due to our inactivity.
Upon unsubscribing, we retain your prior consent for 2 years after it was last used due to statute limitations according to the Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidance section 11.3.
2.5. Accounting
We must keep all accounting records according to the Accounting Act. This means we retain invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain common personal data such as name, address, service description.
Our basis for processing personal data for accounting is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We store these data for at least 5 years after the current financial year end.
2.6. Job applications
We gladly accept job applications to evaluate if they meet a hiring need in our company.
If you send your job application to us, our basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If you send an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess if your application is relevant, and then delete your data if there is no match.
If you have applied for a posted job, we will dispose of your application if you are not hired, shortly after the right candidate is found for the job.
If you enter a recruitment process and/or are hired for the job, we will provide you with separate information on how we process your personal data in this context.
3. Data Processors
Few can manage everything on their own, and the same applies to us. Therefore, we have partners and use suppliers, some of which may be data processors.
External suppliers may, for instance, provide systems to organize our work, services, consultancy, IT hosting, or marketing.
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. Therefore, we set high standards for our partners, who must guarantee that your personal data is protected.
We enter into agreements with companies (data processors) handling personal data on our behalf to enhance the security of your personal data.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties.
5. Profilling and Automated Decisions
We do not carry out profiling or automated decisions.
6. Transfers to third countries
We primarily use data processors in the EU/EEA or those storing data in the EU/EEA.
In some cases, this is not possible, and data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used if they can provide adequate protection for your personal data.
7. Processing Security
We keep the processing of personal data secure by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We have conducted risk assessments of our personal data processing and have subsequently implemented suitable technical and organizational measures to increase processing security.
One of our most important measures is keeping our employees updated on GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses, and by reviewing our GDPR procedures with our employees.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
According to the GDPR, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.

8.1. Right of Access
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as certain additional information.
8.2. Right to Rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
8.3. Right to Erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted before our standard general deletion occurs.
8.4. Right to Restrict Processing
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may only process the data – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
8.5. Right to Object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our legitimate processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
8.6. Right to Data Portability
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have those personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
